AI Automation

Automate the work. Keep the judgement.

Every business has work that eats hours without needing much thought: reading the same emails, chasing the same replies, copying the same numbers between systems. We build AI automation that takes that work on — agents and workflows that run to your rules, inside the systems you already use.

We don't hand the keys to a chatbot. The software we build owns the process and the record; the AI does the parts that need language and judgement, behind a boundary we can test. When a case falls outside the rules, it goes to a person — having tried first.

What We Automate

Workflow Automation

The multi-step processes your team runs by hand every week — chasing, checking, re-keying, approving — rebuilt to run on their own, with a person brought in only where judgement is needed.

AI Agents for Operations

Agents that take a task from start to finish: negotiating a meeting date across several parties, triaging a request, following up until there's an answer. Each one works to your rules and knows when to hand over.

Document & Inbox Processing

Emails, PDFs, supplier portals and spreadsheets read, checked and turned into structured data in the systems you already use — instead of being copied across by someone.

Data Foundations

Automation is only as good as the data under it. We bring your feeds into one place first, so agents and reports work from the same numbers your team trusts.

Conversational Analytics

Ask your sales, stock or operations data a question in plain English and get an answer in seconds, rather than waiting on someone to write a query or build a report.

Systems Integration

Connecting the automation to your CRM, ERP, case management or eCommerce platform through their APIs — and through careful portal automation where there isn't one.

How We Build It

01

Find the Work Worth Automating

We sit with the people doing the work and measure where the time actually goes. The aim is a short list of processes where automation pays back, not a list of everything AI could touch.

02

Map the Rules & Exceptions

We write down how the process really runs — the policy, the edge cases, the point where a person steps in — before anything is built. That document becomes the specification.

03

Build the Foundation

Integrations and data first: the feeds, the state, the audit trail. The system of record stays in software we control, not inside a model's context.

04

Put the AI Behind a Boundary

The model does the parts that need language and judgement, behind an interface of its own. The surrounding engine decides what it is allowed to do and checks what comes back.

05

Run It Alongside Your Team

The automation runs on staging against real scenarios, then alongside your team, so you can see what it does and where it escalates before it takes on live work.

06

Hand Over & Improve

Monitoring, plain-language release notes and documentation as standard. Once it's live we tune it against what actually happens, under a fixed monthly Continuity arrangement if you want one.

Automation that knows when to stop

Most automation fails at the exceptions, not the happy path. So we design for the exceptions first: what the agent may decide on its own, what it must check, and the point where it stops and hands a case to a person with everything they need to pick it up.

We are an engineering team headquartered in London, not an AI reseller. The automation is built as proper software — tested, versioned and monitored — and our use of AI is governed under an ISO 42001-certified management system, alongside ISO 27001 for the data it touches.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of work can AI automation take on?

Repetitive work that involves language as well as rules: reading emails and documents, chasing replies, re-keying data between systems, triaging requests, scheduling across several parties and answering questions about your data. The best candidates are high-volume, follow a clear policy, and cost you something when they run slowly.

Will the AI make decisions on its own?

Only within limits you set. The software we build owns the process and the record; the AI handles the steps that need language or judgement, behind a boundary we can test. When a case falls outside the rules, it goes to a person with the context they need to pick it up.

How is this different from a chatbot or an off-the-shelf automation tool?

Off-the-shelf tools are good for simple triggers, and we'll say so when that's all you need. We build when the rules, exceptions or integrations go beyond them — as tested, versioned software that runs inside your systems and to your policy, rather than a chat window bolted on top.

Is our data safe?

We are certified to ISO 42001 for AI management and ISO 27001 for information security. Data boundaries are agreed before anything is built, the record stays in your own systems, and every automation is documented so you can see what it does with your data.

Which systems can you connect it to?

CRMs, ERPs, case management systems, eCommerce platforms, inboxes and the spreadsheets people already maintain — through their APIs, and through careful portal automation where there isn't one. Our MORI Reorder Tool, for example, brings ten separate feeds into one place.

How long does it take, and how is it priced?

Most engagements start with a fixed-fee Sprint of two to six weeks that automates one real process end to end. Larger builds run as a fixed-fee Programme. Both are quoted after a scoping call — we don't bill by the hour.

What happens once the automation is live?

It is monitored like any other production software, and we tune it against what actually happens — the cases it escalates, the ones it gets wrong, the rules that change. If you want ongoing support, it runs under a fixed monthly Continuity arrangement.
